Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
This policy explains how Tap & Convert Digital Marketing (“Tap & Convert,” “we,” or “us”) handles information through our public website and connected business features. Contact us at romi@tapandconvertdigital.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we receive
- When you contact us: your name, email address, business details, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
- When you visit the website: our public pages do not track you. Our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website.
- When you use the platform: account details, your organization and location access, information you or your organization provide, and activity needed to operate and protect your account.
- When you authorize a Google connection: basic account identity, authorization tokens, and the business information permitted by the scopes you approve. Depending on the connected feature, this may include locations, business listings, reviews, posts, photos, performance metrics, Search Console data, or Google Ads data. We do not receive your Google password. This public website does not collect Google account data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, operate authorized integrations, display business information and reports, carry out actions you authorize, and maintain security and reliability. Your organization’s authorized users may see information within their permitted access.
Google user data
We use Google account data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorize. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google account access is limited to the permissions granted and the locations or resources the connected account is authorized to manage.
Tap & Convert’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, email, and platform operation, including Cloudflare for website delivery. Providers receive information needed for their role. Connected features may use additional providers disclosed in that feature or your service agreement. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and website tracking
Our public pages set no cookies and run no analytics. Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect it. The public pages load no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising tags, or other third-party scripts, and show no cookie banner because there is nothing to ask about. Cloudflare may also process technical information such as your IP address and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. The signed-in platform uses cookies or similar technology for authentication and session security.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the requested services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing romi@tapandconvertdigital.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the account. We will explain any information that must be retained for security or legal obligations.
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation prevents further access through that connection; it does not automatically erase previously stored information. Contact us to request deletion of stored connected-account data.
Children and changes to this policy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
