These terms apply to your use of the Tap & Convert Digital Marketing public website. Platform access and paid services may also be governed by a separate agreement with you or your organization. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the services it covers.

Tap & Convert provides information about its digital marketing services and business platform through this website. Feature descriptions explain the purpose of the product; availability depends on your agreement, configuration, and any required third-party approvals. Contacting us does not purchase a service or create a subscription.

Using the website and platform

Use our website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or business data without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload or transmit harmful material. If you are acting for a business, you must have authority to do so.

Connected accounts

Only connect accounts and locations that you are authorized to manage. You control the permissions you grant and remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content or actions you approve, including profile changes, review responses, and campaigns. Third-party services have their own terms and may change availability or permissions. Tap & Convert is an independent service and does not claim Google endorsement.

You retain your rights in the business information and materials you provide. Tap & Convert retains its rights in its brand, website, software, and original materials. Using the website does not grant ownership of those materials. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and results

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but information may change and interruptions may occur. Marketing outcomes, search rankings, platform availability, and third-party approvals are not guaranteed. Any paid service scope, fees, cancellation rights, or service commitments should be set out in your separate agreement.
